Yutaro Kimura
CEO
Yutaro Kimura is a co-founder of Kimura & Iijima Developments Inc., a Philippine-based company specializing in real estate development and property sales. Born in 1989 in Katsushika, Tokyo, he brings a strong background in investment management and cross-border business development to the company.
Mr. Kimura also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of KIMURA F Philippines Inc. and KIMURA F, Inc. in Japan, where he oversees investment operations with a proven track record of delivering stable, long-term value across multiple asset classes. His extensive experience in capital management, financial structuring, and strategic partnerships plays a key role in guiding real estate projects from planning through execution.
With a deep understanding of global markets and hands-on experience in emerging economies, Mr. Kimura actively collaborates with local and international partners to develop high-quality real estate projects in the Philippines. In addition, he serves as an outside director for several companies, contributing his expertise in governance, investment analysis, and business strategy.
Sho Iijima
Co-CEO
Sho Iijima is the Co-Founder of Kimura & Iijima Developments Inc., a Philippine-based real estate development and sales company. He also serves as President of Fuji Home Co., Ltd., a well-established real estate company in Japan, where he has built a strong track record in property development and real estate investment.
With extensive hands-on experience in residential and commercial real estate, Mr. Iijima provides strategic leadership across development planning, project execution, and investment structuring. His deep understanding of both the Japanese and Philippine real estate markets plays a key role in driving cross-border projects and long-term value creation.
In addition, he serves as an Executive Officer overseeing real estate investment initiatives at KIMURA F Philippines Inc., contributing his expertise to property-related strategies and asset development. His practical insight and disciplined approach significantly strengthen the company’s real estate operations and investment platform.
